Two billing rhythms, one service standard. HALCYON uses reasonable efforts to target up to five missions per week, adjusted to their actual complexity. Unused missions do not roll over.

External services remain separate.

The member pays the provider directly. HALCYON separately charges a 12% service fee on the external price, always disclosed before approval. Ten points support HALCYON operations and two points are allocated to associations.

HALCYON is building its network carefully. It does not currently claim an established portfolio of active partners. Providers are assessed for reliability, clarity, quality and respect for members.
